About Me
to be present, be lonely, be open, be awkward, be blank, be hungry, be safe, be grey, be free, be rich, be angry, be lost, be vulnerable, be impatient, be confused, be happy - to be alive.
I often feel misunderstood: queer in comparison to most.
I left my family in Louisiana to find my start in Atlanta, my ground in New York City, betrayal in Chicago, illness & alienation in Los Angeles, boredom in Nashville, heartbreak in Florida, healing back in Chicago.
I struggle with, but embrace, my own sense of being - as I am.
